Louise is not only highly professional and effective but also has an excellent communication ability and retains a good sense of humour (as do her team). It has been a pleasure to engage them and to work with them. I would not say "Tenacious" ( it can smack of aggression ?) but certainly "Determined" in getting results.

We engaged Amicus Law in respect of the sale of a rented property in York. The firm was readily approachable by telephone; subsequent communication with the solicitor and her office staff was reliably prompt; the legal process was explained and queries clarified. When difficulties were encountered both with the buyer's delays in their mortgage offer, and with the local council's rented accommodation regulations, these were patiently managed and satisfactorily resolved. Documentation was issued in a timely way, was accurate, and took account of changing circumstances or requirements. Amicus Law's fees represented excellent value for money, compared with similar previous sales by various firms. We are grateful to Andrea Parsons, our solicitor, and to conveyancing assistant Donna Everett.
