An absolute delight to work with. We have just completed our house purchase and chose Clark Willis Solicitors on the basis of their reviews. We were certainly not disappointed and would mirror previous reviews. It certainly pays dividends in terms of time, stress and quality of advice to go with a good high street solicitor and avoid the cheap online one. You get what you pay for. We dealt with the dream team of Faye and Elise – Faye being our solicitor and Elise being her Legal Secretary. Faye has a fantastic combination of professional expertise with a cheerful friendly approach that instils confidence at the same time as completely relaxing you. Ours was not a straightforward purchase but Faye helped navigate us through the legal mindfield with confidence and simple explanations of complex legalities plus sound legal advice. This in itself is quite a skill that not all solicitors can master. In addition Faye is more than ably supported by the delightful Elise. Often people who do support roles don’t get the recognition they truly deserve. Elise kept us updated throughout with regular communication and whenever we spoke to her on the phone she was friendly, professional and utterly competent. She gave us much needed reassurances on key aspects as we neared completion – obviously the most stressful time!! Well done to both for a job well done. Keep up the good work!
