My wife and I have in the last two weeks moved into our new flat in the Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne. The sale of our previous home required the sale/rental of two properties in order for our buyers to secure our family home. The Conveyancing process was further complicated due to our new flat being Leasehold, within the chargeable Harbour Complex, containing a large well maintained Water Feature under Management and all overseen and maintained by an additional Maintenance Contract. As our property was in trust with Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation Ltd, we were strongly advised to employ a nominated Solicitor familiar with the nature and makeup of the Trust. Therefore, the Solicitor appointed to our case was Mrs Emma Bolochowecki employed by CTT Law Limited. The whole process was somewhat protracted for all the above reasons and our experience could well have been one of frustration, stress and anxiety but Emma was amazing throughout. She was dealing with both the sale and the purchase of the properties, which was a great advantage. At all times Emma was available and willing to take our phone calls and answer our many questions. Nothing was too much trouble. She was always cheerful, encouraging, extremely professional and a delight to talk to. Emma is a credit to CTT Law Ltd. and a perfect example to all in her profession.
