As a SME owner and interacting with other businesses and business people on a daily basis I have a very good measure of what high quality customer service and professional standards look like .

In this case I would have no hesitation in recommending Severine Vincent /Field Overell who assisted me recently & who always handled matters in a very timely fashion with a high decree of sensitivity & very well balanced friendly/ considerate but highly professional approach .

Very poor service - Arrogant and Obnoxious

This firm we’re dealing with the sale of our house. They were slow and at times difficult to communicate with and seemed out of their depth with matters that should have been straight forward. They wasted much time with their approach but we’re happy to bill us for this. When we queried part of their bill they were uninterested and just threatened to sue us. Would never use again.

We recently bought a new build part-ex with the developer, if it hadn't been for the FO team we'd have really struggled with all of the facets of the deal. Not that the developer was difficult, but it's a very different way of buying a house.
Added to the pressure of this move, we are a family of 5, logistically challenging when moving and adding to the stress. Cathy was so lovely to deal with, we were at ease every time we sat down with her.
Brilliant firm, great team, worth every penny!
