RHB was efficient and proactive in the sale, dealing with issues I didn't know I had with the lease. It involved dealing with the freeholder to rectify the lease. Also managed a problematic Managing Agent who struggled to provide a Management Pack, as well as dealing with the purchasers solicitors, who seemed less efficient.
