But a big shout out to Caitlin Treacey, who was exceptional. Caitlin was professional, extremely helpful and friendly. She certainly proved that she knows her stuff and when agents in the chain caused mayhem and panic, Caitlin was quick to re-assure me about solutions and ensured I didn’t agree to anything that would have been detrimental to myself.
