From start, we have experienced nothing but incredible and timely service. All our queries were answered efficiently and nothing was ever too much to ask. No matter what questions we had, we received great advice along the way. Thanks to you, our experience of something which could be quite challenging was as smooth and easy as it could possibly be. We cannot thank you enough!!

Stephen dealt with a recent house purchase and was great, very efficient, easy to speak to and always at hand to answer any questions I had. He's a credit to Howells and would recommend him for any conveyancing needs!

Melody has been absolutely amazing. She picked our case in the absence of our initial solicitor, and she had a very short deadline as we had to complete the purchase before a specific date. Melody was very supportive, and she did everything in a timely and efficient manner to achieve our deadline. We highly recommend Melody.

We recently used Thomas Flavell & Sons to complete a buy-to-let property purchase through our limited company. From start to finish the whole process was smooth, professional and stress-free. We worked with Jamie Connolly and Lydia Sorrenson both of whom were fantastic. Communication was excellent- emails were responded to promptly, we received regular updates on how the purchase was progressing, and calls and queries were answered and dealt with quickly and efficiently. We'll definitely be using Thomas Flavell & Sons again for any future property purchases, and we'd happily recommend Jamie and Lydia to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient conveyancing team.

I recently purchased two flats within the same block, along with the freehold and lease extensions, and Alex was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was helpful, responsive, and incredibly informative, providing clear guidance at every stage. His advice was always professional and easy to understand, which made what could have been a complex transaction feel smooth and well-managed. Alex’s communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond to any questions I had. His knowledge and support were invaluable, and I genuinely felt that he had my best interests in mind from start to finish. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area. Thank you again, Alex!

Callum was a pleasure to deal with and always listened to my questions d concerns and dealt with them promptly and successfully.

I have only wonderful things to say about Stephanie. I do not think I could have had a better conveyancer than her. Ever since the first email on getting started up until exchange, the communication, attention to details and overall care was second to none. As an anxious first time buyer, i knew what was happening at all times, emails were replied to within hours, if not minutes! Stephanie was patient, professional and made my experience as smooth as it could have been. When i was recommended this firm, i did not know what to expect, but Steph delivered a 5 star experience, ease of mind, friendly yet professional attitude, and was absolutely fantastic. I could tell Steph cares about her job, and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone.
