There are quite a few unsatisfactory solicitors out there. Having lost our wonderful solicitor to retirement, I went through 4 of these unsatisfactory solicitors. I asked friends for recommendations but all fell short. All I ask is that someone be pro active, easy to talk to, and keep in touch with updates. all of these were clearly too much for the companies I went through. In need once more, I started to call all of the companies with good reviews and see what came up. HSR Law were the 2nd company I called and I got lucky with a great young woman who after going through the few requirements I had, told me I needed Melissa Squires. Melissa called me straight away and I missed her call, so she immediately emailed me...this indeed was quite a novelty that someone called me back! Soon spoke to Melissa and she has now completed the work for me on a commercial lease. At last...a good solicitor! She is extremely thorough, very personable and certainly pro active. I can recommend Melissa very highly.

She helped us exchange contracts about 10 months before the completion of our new build and was always on hand in that time if we had any questions about the process.
