We completely relied upon Louise Taylor and her assistant Lucinda Grimes during our recent house move. They were professional and provided expert advice to keep us on track. They dealt with all the complex queries and helped keep our chain in line. They were supportive when our chain fell apart (more than once) and very patient despite the fact that these complications must have caused them more work. On completion day they were on hand to offer support and processed our transaction much more efficiently than other firms in the chain. On moving day the transaction was done speedily and banking timeously. We were kept well informed and we have no hesitation in recommending their services. …………………….. With regard to costs we have no knowledge of what other solicitors charge but we were happy to pay the amount charged and this had been clearly quoted to us when we initially approached them.
