We employed BMTC for conveyancing, they are very professional, efficient and great at what they do. They kept us very well informed and catered to our requirements, ensuring a smooth process throughout! Highly recommend to all

We recently instructed Poole Alcock to act for us in the purchase of a small parcel of land and were very lucky to have Frances as our solicitor. She really made the process understandable, was endlessly patient and it was just very reassuring to have her alongside us during the process. She is great at communicating with her clients and we would say 'went above and beyond'. I would highly recommend Francis and the team at Poole Alcock.

Liz was so approachable and easy to chat with from Day 1. It was her friendliness and helpful chat that made us choose Tozers. She has given us a fantastic service and worked very hard to get our home sorted quickly. Liz was very easy to get hold of on the telephone or email and kept us updated at every step. She made this stressful process so easy. We had to use another solicitor for a buy to let and I can say Liz was 100% better and more helpful. I would not use anybody else if I’m ever in need of a Solicitor again. We highly recommend Liz

I was recently involved in a very complex and stressful purchase that dragged on for months. Luckily for myself, help was at hand through my excellent solicitor Diane Latham at BTTJ. Diane persevered with myself and the purchase through some very challenging weeks when it appeared that that the purchase was imminently going to collapse due to ongoing delays that were out of our control. She was patient and understanding and always on hand to offer sound, expert advice and go the extra mile to get the purchase completed- for that I am very grateful and would highly recommend her services. She is a credit to both her profession and her company and we are already working together on the next purchase.

Linda, from Parker Bullen, was responsive, attentive and focused on all the details following receipt of the instruction to sell one of our investment properties. The sale was made more complex that normal given that we reside in Texas, but that didn't create any challenges as Linda was fast and thorough to respond to any and all email communications regarding the transaction.

We've worked with Stacey before and have had another incredible experience! The initial stages of our sale/purchase was quite stressful, but Stacey was so knowledgable, professional and her communication was excellent. We'd recommend her in a heartbeat. Thank you Stacey!

Being a long time from our last home purchase, things have changed, a lot. Team Spells dealt with business efficiently and with aplomb. Things seemed a little distant at first, but this was due to the change in the stamp duty and the rush to get deals done before the dead line. All in all, and bearing in mind our deal was done very well by Levi Solicitors, we are very happy with the outcome.

Very professional and friendly service. I will definitely recommend Ijaz Ahmad and Haleema Ghani and Manisha Nahar for all conveyancing matters.
