I hired the service of Tees to complete the process of selling and purchasing property. Having had to deal with other firms in the past, I am very glad we went for Tees this time. Communication with the team working in our transaction was continuous and clear, both through email or via calls if necessary. In particular, we are very happy with the work done by Jo. Thanks to her perseverance, some very annoying details affecting our sale were unblocked, not to mention her patience to deal with all the parties involved, as well as being able to answer to every question we had in a comprehensive manner; we are certain that thanks to her we were able to move into our new home by the deadline we had in place. I will most certainly use Tees services again in the future and I highly recommend them.

I have been a client of Leonard Gray Solicitors for 25 plus years and in that time I have purchased 2 trading limited companies, sold 2 limited companies. One company had 500 employees when I sold it. I have bought several houses and apartments and sold quite a few, bought industrial land and farm land, have created many leases for commercial tenants. Most of the foregoing transactions have been handled by Justin Oakley and John Appleby. The service I have received has been 100% or 10 out 10 rating.

just wanted to say a big big thank you to all the staff at Gepp, who have been involved with the purchase of my property, from the ladies on reception to the soliciting team. I have purchased many properties and used a variety of solicitors, and none of them compare to the quality of service and efficiency from Gepp I would also add that my parents have used Gepp when they needed to arrange a Power of Attorney and the solicitor was extremely kind and patient with my father who has Alzheimer’s.

During the early part of this year we required the services of a local solicitor to represent us in the purchase a a new home. As we had not used a solicitor for many years, our Estate Agent offered us a couple of recommendations to consider. So after making an appointment with Atkins Dellow we were immediately impressed with the helpful manner offered by the team in advising us as to how the process was going to be handled. Our appointed solicitor Emily Isted, was extremely helpful and available during the whole process. She helped and advised us throughout the whole procedure up until the completion date. The whole experience was so different from previous encounters with solicitors in past years that we have already used them again for another project.
