On day of completion deadline of a £3m purchase (contracts already exchanged) the lender informed us they were not ready to complete. We arranged a last minute loan but the legal process was expected to take weeks. Rachel worked impressively for 4 hours from the minute she received the paperwork from the lender until the purchase was completed. She saved us from losing the property and also saved us from legal action due to being in breach of contract.
