“My purchase of the property was very stressful and convoluted to say the least, this was not down to Tina but to the sale of another property to fund this purchase, at times I was unfair in my email criticism towards Tina about the paperwork and legal requirements required to purchase, but throughout the process she maintained a very professional and informative approach and orchestrated the purchase on my behalf so that when the time come to exchange contracts it was very seamless. I would definitely use howells and Tina in any future conveyance I require, if I have one minor criticism it would be that when Tina is on holiday her emails are not picked up by anyone else which can be frustrating if your after an answer on something, but this did not affect the overall experience.”
