Excellent service, amazing people. I used Rothera Bray for the sale of my business. I dealt with Marneya Chauhan and Liz Mills. I cannot fault them. Both of them were quite simply outstanding. I would whole- heartedly recommend them and the firm to anyone needing Legal advice or selling their business.

Charlotte Farrant and her team have been absolutely superb in dealing with my sale, Charlotte always responded to my emails and queries etc. in a timely manner and usually the same day if she was able too, thank you also to Abby. I look toward to continuing to work with Charlotte and her team on my purchase

Nick Arthur hes a Gentelman very helpfull & friendly best solicitior i had in my life. Higly recommended

From the moment we instructed Kristine with Setfords, we knew we were in safe hands. Kristine was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly, her communication was second to none. Telephone calls were always answered, emails responded to. Kristine was extremely patient and professional, especially when dealing with the horrendous firm our buyer instructed. Queries were fully explained to us and clarifications always given when needed, we were never made to feel like an inconvenience or just one case number of many. Kristine kept us up to date throughout and provided us with assurance that, despite our buyer’s solicitors, we would get this transaction through. And so we did- thank you so much Kristine!

Very positive experience with Mohammed. Everything was explained very well and dealt with in a very efficient and timely manner. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone moving forward. Thank you for all your help and service with this transaction.

Thanks to Frances, Melissa and the team for the transaction of the purchase of agricultural land out of the local area. Frances and Melissa kept us fully informed during this process, going above and beyond. We would highly recommend.

Our purchase was a long drawn out process with regards to the lending which meant the vendor was putting us under immense pressure. Once the lending was approved and Mark was fully involved his commitment could not be faulted and he was clearly working all hours to achieve exchange in the time frame laid out by the vendor. I could not fault the service and attention to detail throughout the whole process.

We've worked with Stacey before and have had another incredible experience! The initial stages of our sale/purchase was quite stressful, but Stacey was so knowledgable, professional and her communication was excellent. We'd recommend her in a heartbeat. Thank you Stacey!

The best experience I’ve had with solicitors. Nothing was too much trouble, always had a prompt and concise response and Sophia was great the whole way through. Will definitely come back to Ashtons and recommend them to any associates in the future.
