My purchase of the property was very stressful and convoluted to say the least, this was not down to Tina but to the sale of another property to fund this purchase, at times I was unfair in my email criticism towards Tina about the paperwork and legal requirements required to purchase, but throughout the process she maintained a very professional and informative approach and orchestrated the purchase on my behalf so that when the time come to exchange contracts it was very seamless. I would definitely use howells and Tina in any future conveyance I require, if I have one minor criticism it would be that when Tina is on holiday her emails are not picked up by anyone else which can be frustrating if your after an answer on something, but this did not affect the overall experience.

Very helpful and easy to talk to and understand, would definitely recommend, price was reasonable and I was made to feel at ease from word go

Melody has been absolutely amazing. She picked our case in the absence of our initial solicitor, and she had a very short deadline as we had to complete the purchase before a specific date. Melody was very supportive, and she did everything in a timely and efficient manner to achieve our deadline. We highly recommend Melody.

We were particularly impressed with Georgia’s dedication during this recent property sale. Taking the time to liaise with us after hours on a Friday night made a real difference in keeping the transaction on track. Her communication was clear, proactive, and highly professional throughout. It’s always a pleasure working with someone so committed, and we would highly recommend her services.

I recently purchased two flats within the same block, along with the freehold and lease extensions, and Alex was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was helpful, responsive, and incredibly informative, providing clear guidance at every stage. His advice was always professional and easy to understand, which made what could have been a complex transaction feel smooth and well-managed. Alex’s communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond to any questions I had. His knowledge and support were invaluable, and I genuinely felt that he had my best interests in mind from start to finish. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area. Thank you again, Alex!

Callum was a pleasure to deal with and always listened to my questions d concerns and dealt with them promptly and successfully.

I have only wonderful things to say about Stephanie. I do not think I could have had a better conveyancer than her. Ever since the first email on getting started up until exchange, the communication, attention to details and overall care was second to none. As an anxious first time buyer, i knew what was happening at all times, emails were replied to within hours, if not minutes! Stephanie was patient, professional and made my experience as smooth as it could have been. When i was recommended this firm, i did not know what to expect, but Steph delivered a 5 star experience, ease of mind, friendly yet professional attitude, and was absolutely fantastic. I could tell Steph cares about her job, and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone.

The team at Sabz solicitors specially Mr Saeed has been very helpful professional and proactive in dealing with our property Conveyancing service. Highly recommended
