I recently had legal work carried out for the re-mortgage of one of my properties; this was the first time I was going through a re-mortgage process so the whole process was new to me. I needed to have Independent Legal Advice and amendment of my company articles, the latter which I was a little apprehensive about as I had no idea about this, however, was required to be completed for my re-mortgage. Elinor carried out all this legal work for me in a very efficient short turn-around and communicative manner for a very fair price (I phoned other firms for comparisons).
