We’re first time buyers and I opted for Setfords on the basis of their Trustpilot rating and I’m very glad I did. Aasima has been great and such a support throughout the process. I always felt that she acted with our best interest at heart and made sure that details were clarified and that we understood what was happening and next steps. Thanks to Aasima and her assistant Paula.

The service we received from your firm was excellent and in particular from Mohammed  as we felt very comfortable in his dealing With our matter as he kept us updated at every stage and would request his services  in particular in future.

Our purchase was a long drawn out process with regards to the lending which meant the vendor was putting us under immense pressure. Once the lending was approved and Mark was fully involved his commitment could not be faulted and he was clearly working all hours to achieve exchange in the time frame laid out by the vendor. I could not fault the service and attention to detail throughout the whole process.
