James & the wider team were in regular contact with us regarding progress of our purchase. They proactively chased up progress with the vendors solicitors who its fair to say were less than speedy in getting the matter started, worked through or completed; Pool Alcock Solicitors did everything they could to move the purchase along as swiftly as possible & also to ensure we weren’t charged extra by the vendor who attempted to apply additional charges to the final invoice which weren’t referenced when the purchase was agreed. James & his team were successful in holding off any charges & keeping to the first completion date (finally) proposed by the vendors. My wife & I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends, family or others in the local & surrounding area.
