We were let down by our previous solicitors at the 11th hour but Anna stepped in and we managed to complete as previously arranged due to Anna's fantastic communication and professionalism with everyone involved. She was proactive, highly efficient and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Lauren was exceptionally helpful and organised in helping us buy our first home. She kept us updated on progress throughout the whole process, ensuring a very smooth purchase.

Very positive experience with Mohammed. Everything was explained very well and dealt with in a very efficient and timely manner. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone moving forward. Thank you for all your help and service with this transaction.

Thanks to Frances, Melissa and the team for the transaction of the purchase of agricultural land out of the local area. Frances and Melissa kept us fully informed during this process, going above and beyond. We would highly recommend.

Our purchase was a long drawn out process with regards to the lending which meant the vendor was putting us under immense pressure. Once the lending was approved and Mark was fully involved his commitment could not be faulted and he was clearly working all hours to achieve exchange in the time frame laid out by the vendor. I could not fault the service and attention to detail throughout the whole process.

Fantastic service from Rachel and the team throughout the remortgage process. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a solicitor.

We didn’t know too much about Sam when we engaged him for conveyancing but our buyer wanted a very quick sale. Sam kept us updated with progress reports and was “on it” every step of the way. So both our buyer and us were truly impressed with his service ( I have already recommended him to two friends)

We've worked with Stacey before and have had another incredible experience! The initial stages of our sale/purchase was quite stressful, but Stacey was so knowledgable, professional and her communication was excellent. We'd recommend her in a heartbeat. Thank you Stacey!

The best experience I’ve had with solicitors. Nothing was too much trouble, always had a prompt and concise response and Sophia was great the whole way through. Will definitely come back to Ashtons and recommend them to any associates in the future.
