My sale of a smaller flat in London became very complicated very quickly due to the complications of multiple demands that occur sometimes on lease holder properties with multiple stakeholders (freeholder, freeholder solicitors, buyer, buyers solicitors, council, multiple agents, me.... ) . It got to the stage where Kavitha and the team, for a small flat, must have invested many hours or more of their time each day for over 7 months to accommodate the overwhelming and tenacious demands. Throughout the turbulence Kavitha and her key team member Jackie were able to assist in coordinating all parties and maintaining progression until completion. At no stage did they do anything to provide me any concerns and only left me with a feeling that they were very tactically manoeuvring to get to the best possible outcome. Their ability to juggle extremely emotional situations in a clear, calm, diligent, strategic way is something I have never experienced before and also will never forget. The most surprising of all throughout my complex sale there were no additional costs! They remained true to their original quotation. This showed me that their method of business is to not just process a sale in a robotic fashion but are with you throughout the journey as if it were their own property being sold. In short, if you want a seamless process use Kavitha and her team. I have had different conveyancers in the past and unfortunately for her she now has a customer for life (if she is willing to take on another case like mine :-) ).
