Jane Baker, Vicki Lambert, and the whole wonderful conveyancing team at Healys (Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, and Kimberley to name a few!) have been our absolute heroes through the complex sale of our flat and purchase of our first house. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this team are some of my absolute favourite people, and I trust them entirely. They are fantastically skilled at their jobs, give timely insightful communication, and are deeply caring. Being part of a chain is unbelievably stressful, and their good humour and expertise was a sanity anchor through it all. Healys tend to have a large chain in copy, which means that asks and emails are always picked up super promptly. They keep really diligent records and this has always meant that the communication has been fantastic. They've gone above and beyond numerous times for us, adjusting and responding professionally to frankly surreal and unique situations caused by other parts of the chain - Kiri Kkoshi, Healy's Head of Real Estate, even intervened personally at one point to resolve an issue. We used their services when we bought our flat originally four years ago and naturally ran straight to them when it became time to sell! I would never use anyone else at this point, and would highly recommend them to anyone working out who to go to for their conveyancing needs. Jane, Vicki, Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, Kimberley and everyone else at Healys who worked with us these past 10 months - thank you. Truly could not have done it without you.

A few years ago myself and my brothers used Kirsty Trevis at Maitland Walker for the conveyancing duties of my late mother's property. Her professionalism, speed and communication was second to none. So, my partner and I, when we needed a conveyancer there were no hesitation but to ask Kirsty to act for us. I'm pleased to say, she didn't disappoint and left no stone unturned! Would we use her again...? Without hesitation! Chris & Sally. Devon.

Tamara was amazing from start to finish. We went from offer to completion in 8 weeks. She was quick to respond to emails and always acted in our best interest in terms of both action and advice. Would 100% recommend.

We found the conveyancing department to be excellent. Someone was always available to speak to us and they made a stressful sale so much easier.

Sophie was great. Responded very quickly to any queries we have and helped push our sale through quicker. Would highly recommend

Pleasant experience with Dutton Gregory from the very beginning to the end of our purchase. Communication was superb and proactive, and the attention to detail shown throughout the whole process was commendable. A special gratitude to Nadia and Kelly for guiding us throughout the process.

I’ve worked with Jane numerous times on property acquisitions and disposals and she is far and away the best I’ve worked with. Value for money and quality service every time, and her personal touch makes the experience a pleasure.

This was a difficult conveyance but was dealt with speedily and professionally. I was kept updated every step of the way and would certainly recommend Boyes Turner to anyone. Thank you
