Reena vendara domestic abuse

I can not give enough praise to Reena family law with what had to be the worst experience in my life to have my 2 babies removed from my care due to domestic abuse.
I was in an awful state and Reena walked me through it all I was facing them being adopted by the authorities Reena was available at any time to me even contacting me out of hours and going over and above for me.
The staff at reception were all so lovely and welcoming I am emotional and will be for done time I can’t give her enough thanks she is a great solicitor and knows her job.
Machins are blessed to have her thank you again

Updating a Deed of Covenant & Restriction Consent

I was referred to Eugene Pritchard at Machins to deal with some issues with a Deed of Covenant associated with a property previously owned by my family in the UK. Changes were needed to facilitate a sale transaction. Eugene gave me great advice explaining why and clearly the best way to move forward, dealt with the other party's solicitors and stayed abreast of the situation for the 16 months, or so, it took before a sale transaction finally took place. Communication with me via E-mail and over the telephone was clear and concise. I am very satisfied and based on my experience can recommend Machins for property related legal work.

As director of a property let company, I found the service provided my the Machins team, under sometimes quite challenging circumstances, to be excellent. Communication was concise and prompt. Easy to understand and friendly service

I had to extend lease of my flat and was looking for a legal firm to take me through this process. Someone recommended me Machins. They had good reviews. I initially dealt with Maxine Braham in 2024 who was supporting me with a secondary probate I needed to do. Once this probate was complete I then dealt with Jackie Hand for the sale of the house via auction.

During the probate process I found Maxine to be very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the process. Having never had to do this before I was nervous and didn't know what to do. Maxine took time out on more than one occasion to meet with me to go through the process and next steps and really put my mind at ease.

the probate was completed with minimal stress on my part and when you are dealing with a loved ones estate it can be very stressful, Maxine took a stressful process and made it much easier for me.

Once this was completed and probate granted, I then dealt with Jackie Hand and her team to assist me with all the legal processes and paperwork pertaining to selling a house under auction. Jackie made this already stressful process for me a lot easier and was very efficient and quick in sorting the paperwork and legal documents from her side. This again was a stressful time made easier by Jackie and the swift and efficient way she dealt with me made the process quicker and smoother and allowed for me to finally after two years to close this chapter of my life.

i would like a massive thank you for them and would highly recommend Machins as a solicitor firm if you would like your legal endeavours to be dealt with professionally but also empathetically

Gurjit Dhadar lead us through a seamless house sale and purchase. We managed to exchange and complete within 3 months!

When our mother died they were helpful in supplying her will, so we went back to them when selling her house. We were not disappointed, as they were very efficient, keeping us informed at each step and working quickly with the sale.

My partner and I worked closely with Jackie Hand for a little over a year whilst we purchased our first home. Jackie was everything you could want from a solicitor. She ensured that we were always kept up to date with the process and properly understood all the different phases of house buying. Communication was always quick and she truly cared about the purchase of our first home. Buying a house could feel daunting at times and we felt really cared for with Jackie.
