Dan joined Machins in 2019 as a paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team. He completed his two year training contract at Machins, qualifying in July 2023, and is now a solicitor in the Company Commercial team in Luton. During his time at Machins Dan has developed broad experience and now provides advice on a number of areas, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, general commercial matters and a wide range of commercial property issues. Dan likes to work closely and build relationships with his clients so he can better understand their business needs and the matters that are important to them in a particular transaction. He takes a pragmatic approach, aiming for effective solutions which best meet his clients’ objectives.
