    Saima has done a excellent professional job especially as she had to deal with a difficult buyers solicitor. Selling a second floor flat in a block of eight was always going to be challenging as Saima also had to deal with a management company, the landlords agent and legal issues.

    Legal work for a leasehold property lease extension

    Saima fully advised us through the process, responded instantly to my requests for information and copies of documents and worked with the Directors of the freeholding management company to agree the extension term based on a relative historical document I had that former Directors of the management company had seemingly misplaced / not passed on years ago to the present Directors.
