I found Philip Bain handled the Settlement Agreement very efficiently and swiftly and he took my case very seriously. This was from forwarding the documents on for him to process and then acting upon the documents he forwarded for me to read through and sign. The process was turned around within 2-3 days and I finally received my redundancy that I should have originally have received 31st July 2025, by the end of September 2025. Unfortunately other Solicitor’s I had approached, prior to Machin's Solicitors’, failed to represent me. I cannot thank Philip enough for his professionalism & support enough.
