Jackie was recommended to us by the solicitors dealing with our probate matter. She dealt with the matter well, is personable and responsive, and I’d say money well spent ! Will absolutely consider returning to Jackie for future conveyancing matters.

Jackie Hand & Machins were excellent, recommended by our estate agent (Oliver & Akers) for good reason. The only minor negative was that we felt we could have had more email/text updates during the process as the buyer solicitors were not very good and dragged the process out. We and the buyers were both chain free, so this should have been relatively quick and straightforward process.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. - we really appreciate you sharing your experience and will pass on your feedback to Jackie and the team. Best regards, Machins Solicitors
The service, professionalism and communication from Jackie has been outstanding. She dealt with our sale and purchase with such care and grace. She really puts you at ease and is always willing to answer questions, no matter how big or small. Cannot recommend her highly enough. We feel very lucky she dealt with our case, and we hope Machins know how lucky they are to have her. Now to pop open a bottle and celebrate! Thank you so much Jackie, we are eternally grateful. Thank you for your kind words. We'll be sure to pass this on to Jackie. It’s great to hear she was able to make what can sometimes be a stressful process feel a bit easier and more reassuring for you. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
My partner and I worked closely with Jackie Hand for a little over a year whilst we purchased our first home. Jackie was everything you could want from a solicitor. She ensured that we were always kept up to date with the process and properly understood all the different phases of house buying. Communication was always quick and she truly cared about the purchase of our first home. Buying a house could feel daunting at times and we felt really cared for with Jackie. I would highly recommend Machins and Jackie Hand for any house purchase. Jay and Raya

Jackie at Machins was my solicitor for my house move recently. She was absolutely fantastic. From the beginning I just felt I could relax as she had everything in hand. She was so on top of things from the get go and had a very friendly, human style when talking things through on the phone. She made things understandable and was very patient with questions. Honestly I would seek out Jackie again next time I move and would recommend her to anyone. She made a very stressful life event so much less stressful. Thanks so much Jackie. Sophie
