    A test of endurance!

We were selling my late Aunt’s retirement flat and the sale dragged on for over 10 months. Gurjit and her team are so professional and they did all they could to get the sale to completion through dealing with a difficult chain above our sale. I cannot speak highly enough for the work undertaken.

    Strongly recommend for Conveyancing

Gurjit was incredibly helpful with my conveyancing process in buying my first home. She was very responsive and kept me up to date during what ended up being a complex conveyancing process. I’d highly recommend her and the team to anyone buying a home.

I contacted Gurjit from a recommendation. From our first communication, Gurjit was personable, professional, informative, quick to respond to questions and excellent in all areas of the buying and selling process. Totally impressed with Gurjit and the team. A true asset to Machins. From my experience, I would recommend the service of Gurjit unconditionally.

    A client

From an estate agent perspective - they come highly recommended. I dealt with Gurjit throughout a transaction as one of my clients was using her. She is exactly what you want to help you through the stress of buying/selling a property. Constant updates, if anything needed chasing, she was quick to respond. A testament to the company - highly recommended!

Worked with Gurjit and Nadiyah in the Luton office with the sale of a property in Berkhamsted and the purchase of a house in Yorkshire. The house sale fell through and the process lasted over a year but both were great. Highly recommended

Gurjit Dardar from Machins solicitors represented us for the purchase of our new property and she was fantastic. She was attentive, accurate and responsive. Also maintained good lines of communication and really went the extra mile when our buyer's solicitors weren't performing. I will certainly use Machins Solicitor in future endeavours and would also recommend them! Gurjit was great, was easy to get a hold of and helped us push our purchase through very fast within 6 months. She also gave sound and practical advice for the purchase of our home .Would Definitely recommend.
