Jackie Cuneen is truly a credit to the firm!
Having already experienced a difficult and traumatic long term employment situation, Jackie was a breath of fresh air! I had already spent a large sum with another Law firm who were very impersonal and had no understating really of my situation, I then approached Jackie via a recommendation. I’m so glad I did as she very quickly and personably understood the situation. She was very empathic and understanding and put me at ease in a very difficult situation. Despite going on annual leave she went above and beyond in making sure I was up to date and all avenues were covered whilst she was away. When she returned she contacted to check in and make sure I was still ok. This type of client care is what I call old school, someone who genuinely wants to help her clients and really cares about what they do!
