Best Company Secretarial Support Solicitors in Bath

“I have been in the property business for over 30 years, and I have used various solicitor firms from London to Edinburgh. However I have never come across such professional, helpful, and efficient solicitors such as Anna and Elinor. They provided me with a wonderful service and were caring towards my needs. They re-wrote the articles of my company and went over and beyond to sort my issues out. They also did a PG certificate. These 2 ladies are the jewel in the crown of your firm and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. If I was looking at employing solicitors myself, I wouldn't hesitate in giving these 2 ladies a job.”

“I cannot recommend Mogers Drewett LLP highly enough especially Victoria Darvall who handled all aspects of my recent business sale to an unbelievably high standard along with maximum efficiency levels for me. Victoria’s experience, proactive nature, clear and decisive decision making made the whole intense process really easy and manageable from a vendor’s perspective. Nothing ever seemed to be too much or a problem for Victoria during this whole process, Victoria’s approach was always positive to all aspects of the sale which always gave me great comfort that the deal was in the right hands. The end result was a smooth and successful sale that I can only put down to Victoria’s professionalism and fantastic attitude and approach to everything. It has been a genuine pleasure to work along side Victoria through the sale of my business and again I would highly recommend any business owners looking to exit to reach out to Victoria Darvall and trust her to deliver the sale of your business, you won’t regret it.”
