I am truly delighted by the service Qasim has supplied. Not only was he absolutely professional, he was courteous, helpful and understood my client needs. I was especially pleased by the time he took to telephone me, as all too often, it feels as though the customer is the least important, when they should be at the centre of all discussions, emails, letters. This is an area for improvement HF and Qasim has bucked that trend, by making his customer feel she really mattered.Thank you Qasim, you will go far.
