Paul Robinson Solicitors has been incredible over the years to my family, but when my husband passed away they really did step up. Caroline especially, with her expert knowledge and guidance through probate as well as queries and questions. Caroline offered empathy and compassion with sensitivity whilst working to achieve the best outcomes. I’d say that Caroline has gone above and beyond and recommending her is easy. Sharad assisted me recently with a case relating to being a 3rd party interest to a POCA case, through no fault of my own. I was understandably quite overwhelmed and concerned. He put me at ease straight away during our initial telephone consultation. Following our consultation we scheduled a meeting to draft a statement to the courts and he guided me through next steps, including what to expect at the court case. Sharad was always available to keep me updated via telephone and email and he provided a professional and friendly service at all times.
