      I approached Michael during a protracted dispute over a codicil to the Will that my father had signed. I wished to challenge this codicil on the grounds of my father’s age, Alzheimer’s disease that he had been diagnosed with, and a failing of the solicitor acting for my father to obtain a medical assessment of his mental capacity at the time. At the outset, Michael expressed his concern as to the success of such a venture. However, with Michael’s knowledge and help I obtained access to my father’s medical records – some 800 pages. Fortunately, with my own medical knowledge obtained during my long career in nursing, Michael and I were able to prove that my father did not have the mental capacity to comprehend the statements that he put his signature to. I found Michael’s exceptional wordsmith skills of great assistance. He presented concise and well-structured letters avoiding legal jargon to aid my task. From my own experience I will certainly be recommending him to others. Thank you very much Michael.
