The support I received from David Scully was excellent. I was impressed with his work when I was initially arrested and knew that I wished him to be an integral part of helping me remove my SOPO and getting me off the register. Following my initial contact, David gave me appropriate and relevant advice on what to do and supported the gathering of my evidence ready for the counsel in court. Due to his previous work with me, I was confident that his advice was worth following and my case was successful at its first attempt. I was grateful for his attendance in court with me and provided relevant support to me and the counsel accordingly. I hope never to need his services again but I would recommend him to anyone in need of legal support.

I rang Slater Heelis for some legal advice and after a very short conversation I was put through to Rachel Fletcher. Within ten minutes Rachel had all the information needed and then explained the charges I would incur if I decided to proceed. Rachel was informal and easy to speak to while still being professional and informative. She explained the process and expected time scale of things and even gave up her Saturday morning to accompany me to a police interview, where she explained the options open to me after viewing the evidence. From the moment of that first phone call all the dealings and arrangements with the police were arranged by Rachel, the whole daunting process was handled efficiently and she kept me updated by email every step of the way. Within 3 days I was informed the matter would be settled out of court which was a massive relief especially as it was less than a week before Christmas. I’ll now be able to enjoy a stress free time and I’ll definitely be raising a glass to Rachel and Slater Heelis. Thank you so much for everything you did. All the best and happy Christmas. Andy

From the moment I spoke to Lily about my arrest, she listened intently and allowed me to discuss the situation out in full before she made some suggestions, before we talked about fees. I wanted someone who knew the law inside out and she immediately recommended Jacqui. Looking at her bio and her experience, I knew I was in safe hands. From our first formal meeting, through to the 2nd interview stage she was there supporting me and guiding me through my case. Her assistant (Lily) was equally supportive and responsive to emails and calls. Before the 2nd interview with the police, Jacqui explained what was going to happen and what questions might arise from the information provided by the police. Her guidance and expert view put my mind at ease, and her friendly personality when I met her at the police station helped ease my tension. By the end of the police interview, she assured me that it would be highly unlikely that something would come of this. Few months on, she was spot on and I cannot thank Jacqui and Lily enough for supporting me through the hardest time of my life. Thank you both.

We are utterly thrilled with the outcome of this case and want to thank you all on helping to successfully bring this case to a close. Andrew was absolutely brilliant - our heartiest thanks for his invaluable integrity, commitment, support and hard work. When K walked out, after a huge hug from me, two members of the jury came up to him, congratulated him, wished him well for the future and made a point of saying that they were all immediately and unanimously in agreement on the Not Guilty verdict. I asked if they were mothers and both were mothers of five! Nevertheless, we feel that there should be a further case against the police for the maltreatment, unnecessary harassment and humiliation, assault, loss of earnings and opportunities caused by this case. Nicola made me and my child under 16 feel so relaxed and comfortable. The police were pursuing a section 39 common assualt charge against my child for an incident in school. Nicola made sure that no charges were made against my daughter and talked us through the whole process before the police interview. She is absolutely amazing in her job and is 100% dedicated to supporting her client. Cant thank her enough and absolutely recommend her.
