Expecting a long, drawn-out process, with a lot of tiresome questions, I cannot speak more highly of how my claim has been organised and dealt with, with the minimum of fuss. At its conclusion, and the award confirmed, reasons and explanations were given outlining the reasons, why's, and wherefore's, for the amount offered. I could not disagree, and every point was understood.
