Supportive, reassuring and knowledgeable solicitor, would highly recommend
After reaching out to the firm for help at a really scary time, Rachel Mason was brilliant. I needed to keep a handle on my costs in case matters escalated and so my case was handled by Rachel Mason. She was absolutely fantastic - she was always on hand to answer any of my queries along the way, in a clear and calm way that always left me feeling heard and reassured. She prepared brilliant written submissions to the investigating officer and gave such sensible and clear advice on the best strategy to take, which ultimately resulted in the investigation being dropped. She was cool and calm throughout, holding her nerve with waiting out the very long process of the police investigation and so reassuring when I felt scared along the way.
