Practical, thoughtful and highly relevant advice

We recently met with Debbie, Sylviane and the team at Slater Heelis to review upcoming employment law changes and our wider HR and policy arrangements. The session was extremely helpful, practical and well balanced. What stood out was the ability to combine strong legal knowledge with a clear understanding of how organisations actually operate in practice, particularly within a charity and care environment. Rather than simply focusing on compliance, the discussion helped us think more broadly about organisational structure, policy ownership and employment risk as we continue to develop as a leadership team. We came away with clearer priorities, practical next steps and plenty to reflect on internally. Thank you again to Debbie, Sylviane and the wider team for such a constructive and welcoming session.
