Custody arrangements
Chloe was soo helpful during my custody arrangements/negotiations with my ex partner.
She was patient and always said anything needed far better than I could have ever hoped, it was a very difficult time and Chloe helped me stay calm and always allayed any fears I had.
Always quick to respond and I was kept fully aware of proceedings.

Special court order
Recently went to court and did not know what to expect. Chloe with the help of another senior colleague was thorough in drafting the initial documentation. Her reassurance before the hearing was appreciated. Her legal representation in court was faultless. The outcome was what I wanted so happy all round.

Child arrangements
From the first meeting to the final day Chloe has been very supportive, understanding and professional. Chloe supported me through a Child arrangements order, her knowledge and support has achieved everything wanted. As a family we can’t thank Chloe enough.

Invaluable child consent order representation
I'm delighted with the experience I've had; I feel the consultation and representation I've received has been worth every penny!
Chloe had been approachable, honest and insightful, which is exactly what I'd hoped for - her input has been invaluable; the consistency with which she's handled the case (and me!) has given me the solidarity I needed, through what's otherwise been a troubling time.
Chloe's service has supported the legal outcome for which I was hoping, but the manner in which she's gone about proceedings has helped me to maintain my wellbeing over the past few months - I'm very grateful.
The only improvement I can think to suggest is increased accessibility for clients to view the financial side of their account (i.e. charges accrued vs. advance funding provided), perhaps in the form of an online portal, rather than only getting a monthly written breakdown. Regardless of that, I had no hesitation in selecting 5 stars!

Excellent personalised service
I've been represented by both Rebecca Lang and Chloe Huggins at this firm and both have been excellent. The service they have provided has been personalised to my individual circumstances - firstly during a difficult divorce, and then for follow-up representation in ongoing difficulties dealing with an obstructive ex spouse. Their advice was clear, helpful, and focused on achieving the outcomes I requested. During the transition to Rebecca going on maternity leave, the handover arrangements to Chloe ensured that things continued without interruption. I would happily recommend them.

Superb help at a very short notice
I struggle to find a strong enough superlative to describe my experience with Chloe. Chloe service was superb A +++ level. I also have to say that I also not a native English speaker which made things tougher as I was completely unexpectedly handed ex-parte non molestation and occupancy order and where I had to respond very quickly. ( on a Saturday handed the order, with the Court Hearing on following Thursday and with the deadline to submit my response by Tuesday morning). Needless to say that the Court judgment went in a way that Chloe suggested as the best route for me.
Given my experience I highly, highly, highly recommend Chloe.
