Rachel is a Solicitor in our Crime & Regulatory team. She graduated from the University of Birmingham with a first-class honours degree in Law with Criminology in 2018. Rachel then went on to receive a distinction in the LPC LLM at the University of Law in Manchester. On completion of this, she joined the excellent team here at Slater Heelis in October 2020. She worked in the Family & Crime teams before moving to the Dispute Resolution and Commercial Property teams on her training contract, now returning to the Crime team.

    Amazing solicitor, amazing service

    When I contacted Rachel a few months ago I was unsure of what to expect, as I've never employed the services of a solictor before, and I'm so glad that I found her. She was an absolute professional from start to finish, helped to alleviate my concerns and I could tell that she genuinely cared about helping me. We had a long call about my case, she was very attentive throughout, asked pertinent questions and was very easy and friendly to chat with. She kept me updated throughout and was very knowledgeable about any questions I had. The letter she wrote for me was incredibly elequant and well written and covered all points very succinctly. In short, I could not recommend her services enough and anyone who chooses her a solictor is definitely doing the right thing.

    Residence change

    Andrew and the team behind him secured a residence change for my son working with local authorities and having two fact findings, after a barrage of allegations were made against me leading to numerous issues. The effort andrew puts into his cases is exceptional! I cant thank Andrew enough for what he's achieved for me, his patience, understanding & compassion make him an amazing family solicitor Rachel is a exceptional criminal solicitor, who had to represent me on numerous occasions at different police stations, her compassion and her ability to deal with complex matters when the police slow walk things in time sensitive matters has been amazing! As a pair these guys are amazing! I would only ever use these two again for any future issues I cannot thank you both enough for the amazing work you have both done, on a extremely challenging & complex case.

    Excellent service

    Me and my mate both hired solicitors from this firm and they both have been excellent. Rachel Mason has provided a very good service. She’s a very good solicitor, very intelligent and knows what she’s doing. I would highly recommend her. Honestly, I feel relieved after the outcome and she handled everything very professionally. You can really be open about everything and she will understand your situation and help you.

    Emphatic and professional

    I contacted Rachael at a limited time to assist make a representation. She listened carefully over the phone while I explained everything and accepted to make representation for me over a work place allegation. We only met once in person however she kept constant communication throughout the process and the outcome was positive post-representation. I recommend her for her empathy and professionalism while handling the case.
