I reached out to Rachel at a really scary moment in my life that I never thought would happen. She was immediately so warm, reassuring and supportive and I instantly felt better knowing I had her to fight my corner. She was so empathetic and great at listening. She explained the process really well and advised of various practical ways she could approach the investigating police officer to get them to see the full picture and drop the investigation. She really respected my request for discretion and was so fair with fees, delegating to a colleague (Rachel Mason) to keep costs down where possible. She and her colleague always had time to answer to queries and settle my anxiety along the way, however busy they were. It was worth every penny to pay this team on a private paying basis rather than go to a legal aid firm. Anyone who finds themselves in a position to need a criminal solicitor, I would whole-heartedly recommend Rachel and her team.

When I contacted Rachel a few months ago I was unsure of what to expect, as I've never employed the services of a solictor before, and I'm so glad that I found her. She was an absolute professional from start to finish, helped to alleviate my concerns and I could tell that she genuinely cared about helping me. We had a long call about my case, she was very attentive throughout, asked pertinent questions and was very easy and friendly to chat with. She kept me updated throughout and was very knowledgeable about any questions I had. The letter she wrote for me was incredibly elequant and well written and covered all points very succinctly. In short, I could not recommend her services enough and anyone who chooses her a solictor is definitely doing the right thing.

Andrew and the team behind him secured a residence change for my son working with local authorities and having two fact findings, after a barrage of allegations were made against me leading to numerous issues. The effort andrew puts into his cases is exceptional! I cant thank Andrew enough for what he's achieved for me, his patience, understanding & compassion make him an amazing family solicitor Rachel is a exceptional criminal solicitor, who had to represent me on numerous occasions at different police stations, her compassion and her ability to deal with complex matters when the police slow walk things in time sensitive matters has been amazing!
