    Empathy and Support along with Knowledge and Experience

    My need for a solicitor was for relatively straight forward employment legal advice. Shazia showed she had lots of experience and knowledge that was both simple to understand, with clarity and raised important points. I dont think I could have got a better outcome tbh. The main area I want to praise the team for was the fact I am someone with Neurodivergence and suffer greatly with Anxiety. For anybody that suffers with either of those things understands just how intimidating and scary the world can feel, let alone needing to get a solicitor. But Shazia and those that assisted her were accommodating to my needs, none-judgemental and showed understanding. My initial contact was with Leah the support assistant, she was friendly, patient and gave me a lot of information, answering my questions, putting me at ease, without making me feel pressured into anything. If not for her I would never have got past the first stage. Then as it progressed and I interacted with Shazia, she continued that on, plus added to that with her knowledge and experience. Highly recommended.
