    Over the finishing line

    It was a slow start due to some incorrect date from the 3rd party, but then moved on a pace. I was impressed with the referrals sent. The psychologist was excellent. However the Orth consultant not to my expected standards bearing in mind i work in a hospital environment especially around Patient Experience. I think a fair deal was struck and appreciate the communications at every stage. Simon is level headed and even handed so felt i could trust his judgements.

    Excellent service and advice

    This was a difficult claim for me to make about a serious injury at work but Simon gave me clear advice about what was involved in making a claim and all the different possible outcomes. He was very empathetic and guided me through all the stages to a successful outcome and cut through a lot of the legal jargon to make the process as easy to understand as possible.
