    Road traffic accident with an injury needing a hip replacement

    Very prompt response. Simon Adamson engaged and listened attentively to my parents and worked at a pace that my parents were comfortable with. He explained the process clearly and simply. Simon always communicated on a regular basis and was approachable and available. 10 out of 10 for everything he did. Very respectful and courteous and an asset to your practice.

    Over the finishing line

    It was a slow start due to some incorrect date from the 3rd party, but then moved on a pace. I was impressed with the referrals sent. The psychologist was excellent. However the Orth consultant not to my expected standards bearing in mind i work in a hospital environment especially around Patient Experience. I think a fair deal was struck and appreciate the communications at every stage. Simon is level headed and even handed so felt i could trust his judgements.
