Not only did Mr Digby Johnson personally answer the phone when I first got in touch with the firm, from the outset, his advice was also robust, clear and helpful, particularly at the early stage of a case where advice is most critical and time-sensitive. Both Mr Digby and Ms Lucy Miller provided a first-rate analysis of evidential issues and the situation, and of the options available and their advantages. There were also compassionate and optimistic in encouraging me through what was a very difficult time, mentally. I appreciated how they were constructive in their approach, flexible and clearly very hard-working and driven by a strong sense of purpose. They both acted very efficiently and with speed, while also providing strong analyses and advice on what to expect. In particular of Ms Lucy Miller, she was able to reduce complicated processes to simple explanations that were effective in helping me to quickly appreciate the situation and thus get me on board with pertinent action items. Their guidance, advice and good work brought a swift decisive end to matters, resulting in 'no further action', which is particularly rate for cases of the type I needed immediate help with. I will forever be grateful for the both their efforts, kindness and effective work. I am sure Ms Miller is a rising star in the work she does, under the guidance of Mr Johnson. I would recommend their services without any hesitation or doubt and thank them again for their excellent work.
