      It is lovely to have this opportunity to provide you with my experience of working with Sophie and Monika. I approached Brachers not knowing what to do. I was in shock at the situation facing me with my now old employer. Emotion aside I knew I needed assistance. I was fortunate to speak with Monika who described the process and who helped me greatly by communicating a path forward. This enabled me to negotiate on my own with my old employer to a point I achieved a favourable settlement agreement. After contacting Monika again I was then able to engage Sophie Jarvis as my solicitor. She walked me through a 17 page document and I was able to communicate changes that I would like made. Sophie interacted with the employer on my behalf as I just wanted to move on. The employer did not allow me to defend myself or gave me any prior knowledge of termination of my contract. I was at a point that I was considering taking them to tribunal on wrongful dismissal. The changes to the settlement agreement were approved and I was able to sign with confidence which gave huge peace of mind. I thank Sophie and Monika for guiding me through the process. Their clear communication and friendly approach made a stressful situation much more bearable. I have my mojo back once more. Thankyou
