I have just completed the sale on my house and having last moved 34 years ago I remembered the amount of time I had to spend dealing with the Solicitors to try and move things along. I`am profoundly Deaf and sign language fluently, the settlement agreement statement in where some not quite understand of how work nor trying to think for response to question/answer,
therefore the solicitors has been explain throughout those statement to help me to understand all the section regulations within how laws work as is.
with remotely via BSL interpreter translators are also extra helpful that are great belief for between solicitors and client ( Deaf Users)
this seem a good moral boost confidence of importance for all clients to understand and fairly in reasonable within accessible communication.

Used Brachers for selling a property. We were very impressed by the service that Chantal gave. She was professional, quick to return emails, answered questions clearly and got us in a good place ready to exchange. She communicated well and kept us informed. She went over and above to ensure the chain exchanged and we got to completion. I find house selling stressful, and she did her best to make it less stressful.
