A named executor in the Will did not want to take this on. We know Brachers' excellent reputation. She had an hour zoom call with Emma and Chloe, which was free. We then had an appointment and were both impressed with the professionalism of both! I have severe sight problems which requires all communication in hard copy. We have been kept informed o the work needed, time taken to dot his and costs. We were able to ring and email to speak both to Emma ad Chloe re any queries. Both are at the top of their game, great communicators and humane!

I recently had to arrange the preparation of a new will for my sister (age 86 with age-related difficulties). We decided to use Mary Rimmer and her 'Vulnerable Client Team'.
May I say how super-efficient they were from start to finish. Mary's extreme patience in handling a very awkward client had to be seen to be believed and everything as completed in a short period of time, much to my and my sister's satisfaction.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mary and her team for this type of work.

I really trusted our solicitor and they clearly made a great effort as the transaction approached completion. I would have liked to have been given weekly or fortnightly update even if just to say we haven't had ... Back from the vendor yet, so I didn't have to call the solicitors as often as I did. I appreciate the overall service and the fact things were dealt with promptly.

Excellent service, Rachel was always on top of everything , chasing the right people etc, and always responded to any questions I had very promptly.
Brachers are not the cheapest around but they are reasonably priced and are definitely worth more than every penny they charge.
I also really like the app. Last time I used Brachers this wasn’t about and it makes such a difference, making everything so much easier.
