Prior to joining Brachers, Michaela gained private client experience working at two other Kent law firms. In addition to her private client experience, Michaela has over three years’ experience working with vulnerable clients within family law, with a focus on providing assistance to survivors of domestic abuse. During this role, she undertook advocacy in the Family Courts where she represented clients in applications to obtain Non-Molestation Orders as well as representing clients at the return hearings. Michaela specialises in: Drafting simple and complex Wills. Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)Applying for Grants of Representation. Dealing with the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates. Drafting documents relevant to trusts, such as deeds of retirement and appointment.
