James joined Gill Turner Tucker Solicitors as a trainee solicitor in 2007 and became a Partner in 2012. He joined Brachers following the acquisition of Gill Turner Tucker Solicitors by the firm in January 2026. James has over 19 years of commercial real estate experience and advises a broad range of businesses, investors, landowners, lenders, developers, charities and healthcare providers on all aspects of commercial property transactions.
