James advises businesses and structures of all size, and can provide advice and practical support in relation to the following services: - Start-ups - Terms and conditions of trading - Individual contracts including service level agreements, franchise agreements, agency agreements, distribution agreements and confidentiality agreements - Computer based law including software licensing, web-hosting, forum rules and privacy policies - Business sales (including share sales and purchases, asset sales and purchases), venture capital, joint ventures, mergers, demergers, buy-outs, buy-ins, subscription and shareholders agreements - Intellectual property issues James acts on behalf of clients in a number of sectors including healthcare, leisure, retail, logistics and telecoms.
