We recently used Thomas Flavell and Sons for our house move. Our assigned solicitor was Sarah Workman but had contact with lots of others in the company too. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive and although our move took longer than we would have liked this was as a result of factors beyond our control and that of our solicitors. Sarah and the team were prompt to reply to queries and chased for answers where they could in an effort to get us moving quicker. In the end, things seemed to all happen all of a sudden and once again Sarah and her team went above what we would have expected to ensure everything was done on time and all of the paperwork was accurate and correct.
