Lucy Mansfield helped me deal with the sale of 2 properties for my elderly aunt, one of which was a lease hold holiday let. Lucy was patient and friendly throughout out the process and kept me up to date on all aspects of the process. I would definitely use Lucy again, without hesitation if the need arises.
I couldn't recommend Paul Tubb enough. From our very first meeting we trusted that Paul knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. There was a 50/50 chance of custodial sentence, with Paul's outstanding work I did not get a prison sentence - myself and my family could not thank him enough. Paul made myself, partner and family feel very comfortable at such a stressful time. Paul was very warm, caring and has a sense of humour which made a difference, as he was very personable.
