“I cannot speak highly enough of Angela West at JCP Solicitors. Angela represented me through the appeal of a dismissal from my role as a school teacher — an incredibly stressful and isolating experience. From the very beginning, Angela listened carefully to my case, offered clear and reassuring initial advice, and drafted a thorough and compelling appeal letter. She then recommended involving Counsel at an early stage and sourced an excellent Barrister who strengthened the appeal and identified grounds for an employment tribunal based on unfair dismissal and whistleblowing. Angela continued to work tirelessly, preparing for the appeal hearing and drafting the particulars of claim with exceptional attention to detail. Thanks to Angela’s hard work, expertise, and meticulous planning, my appeal was successful — something almost unheard of within the public sector. As a result, we were able to withdraw from the tribunal, and Angela supported my smooth and fair return to work. I received full back pay and the assurance that my position and reputation were protected. I am profoundly grateful to Angela for her compassion, commitment, and unwavering dedication during one of the most difficult times of my life. She not only ensured that the truth was heard, but she safeguarded my career from potentially devastating consequences. I would highly recommend Angela to anyone. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care make her an outstanding solicitor, and I will always be thankful for her relentless support and encouragement. ”
