Lund Bennett were recommended to me by a friend who had used them a few years earlier. Lund Bennett had represented my friend in a divorce case, so it wasn't exactly the same kind of case as mine but I trusted the person that recommended them and reached out to Lund Bennett. I was a little deflated initially as the person who had been recommended had not long retired but I met with Hollie the very next day and instantly felt reassured that she understood the situation I was in and that Lund Bennett were the correct firm to help me with my case. I explained to Hollie in the initial 1hr meeting that I would be 100% honest with her the whole way through the case, however long that would be, and all I ask in return is for her to be completely honest and transparent with me at all times, even if I wasn't going to like what she would say to me. What I got from Hollie was exactly that and I literally could not have asked for a single ounce more from her throughout the past year! The last year of my life has been by far the hardest and I would go so far as to say that I quite possibly could not have gotten through it without her honesty, without her professionalism/knowledge of the circumstances I have been in, without her compassion, without her understanding and without her just being there and doing her job as well as she does it! There were times where I needed to be told hard truths about the reality of the situation that I was in and just as I had asked at the very beginning, Hollie always told me the straight facts, no matter how much I wasn't going to like them. From our initial 1hr meeting, right through until my final court hearing (just short of 1 year), there hasn't ever been a time where Hollie hasn't been there for me. Whether it to was to answer a call about further issues, advice that I was needing or to just listen to me and help me understand what I was going through (as i genuinely felt that she has been the only person throughout this period of time in my life that has truly understood everything that I have said and I cannot thank her enough for that)! Even when Hollie has been on annual leave or unable to make court Kirsten has been there and offered me the same help and support as Hollie. Without Hollie, Kirsten and the rest of the Lund Bennett team my daughter would not have got her Daddy back in her life anywhere close to the extent that she has done and, for that reason, I can honestly say that I do not think that I will ever recommend a professional service to anyone as much as I will recommend Lund Bennett to everyone needing support on family law matters!
